Based on the 6 cylinder HG7 compressor a selection of two stage variants are available for extended use in intense cooling. The selection of the liquid intercooler unit is available for three different refrigerants: R404A (R507), R410A and R22, basically involving different expansion valve assemblies.

The HGZ7 is available in two options:
Option 1
Intermediate pressure line mounted and insulated.
Liquid supercooler, expansion valve, solenoid valve, two sight glasses, filter dryer, everything enclosed separately for individual, external mounting.
Option 2
Liquid supercooler, expansion valve, solenoid valve, two sight glasses, filter dryer attached directly to the compressor, lined and insulated.
